The Pavilion landscaping team’s brief was to mirror the excellence and high standards that Dairygold stands for. Our focus was on delivering quality, sustainability, value and integrity while respecting their tradition here in Cork. We wanted to build a landscape for Dailygold in Mallow that would be timeless with seasonal interest while achieving the cost effectiveness that Dairygold strives for.
Our ambition was to create an environment that would be bio diverse thereby emulating the importance of the environment to Dairygold. As a farmer owned food producing co-operative, Dairygold’s heart is in the soil and so biodiversity is of huge relevance to them.
